I need more calories. Problem is that I'm slightly nauseous right now. I'm trying to eat bland stuff. There was pizza at lunch and I was just not interested. It's good pizza! Pizza I like! But still not for me.

Suggestions for foods that are easy to make (or even premade), don't have strong smell and are high in calories?

Nuts in general, actually. Chocolate-covered nuts and dried fruits are awesome, if they don't negate the bland problem.

How about a bland hummus, too? And toast always saves me when slightly nauseated, with butter and jelly or peanut butter.

Dunno if this works for you either but you can get those supplement things at a health store to mix into milkshakes and stuff like that. My brother always had a tough time keeping weight on in high school and he used to drink those things every day.
